Welcome to Heylander (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, including our website and related tools or platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
Services Overview

Heylander provides ecommerce website design, development, and maintenance services to businesses. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, custom website builds, template-based designs, hosting setup, and ongoing support.
Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Client Responsibilities

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process
- You are responsible for providing all necessary content, such as text, images, and branding materials, unless otherwise agreed
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided
Payment Terms

- Fees for our Services will be outlined in the proposal or contract provided to you
- Payment schedules and methods will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of Services
- Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the suspension of Services
Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights in the Services and deliverables remain the property of Heylander until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership of customized deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party tools or software used
Termination

- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 30 days
- Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid immediately
- We reserve the right to terminate Services without notice if you violate these Terms
Limitation of Liability

Heylander is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the Services
- Issues arising from third-party platforms or services integrated with your website
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project, except where required by law.
Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
